Wasan A. is currently the Director of Global Human Resources for the Americas at Emirates, a position held since 2018. Previously, they served as the Global Senior Manager of HR Business Partnership for the APAC, Middle East, and Africa from 2013 to 2015, where they managed HR operations and supported multiple cross-functional teams. Wasan holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing and Management from the American University of Sharjah, obtained in 2003. They are committed to transforming perceptions of Middle Eastern professionals and women in the corporate world while embracing challenges, particularly in startup environments.
