At Cairo International Airport, Kamal excelled as a Terminal Operation Supervisor, facilitating communication among stakeholders and enforcing security protocols. Following this, Kamal held various roles at Emirates, culminating in the position of Senior Airport Services Agent and Customer Service Supervisor, focusing on enhancing passenger experiences and managing teams effectively.
