John Kadera is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in leadership roles within the Emerson family of companies. They served as CFO and Vice President of Finance for Emerson Process Management from 2015 to 2017 and currently hold the same title at Emerson Automation Solutions in Pressure Management since 2017. Their earlier career includes positions such as Accountant and Financial Planning Manager at Daniel Measurement & Control, where they developed expertise in financial analysis, forecasting, and capital investment evaluation. John earned a BS in Finance and Accounting from Iowa State University and an MBA from Southern Methodist University’s Cox School of Business.
