Jay Scott is the Vice President of Healthcare Delivery Services at Emerging Therapy Solutions, a position held since 2023. Previously, Jay served as the Director of Managed Care at Minnesota Oncology from 2020 to 2023, and as the Director of Provider Relations at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota from 2017 to 2020. Jay has extensive experience in provider relations, patient experience improvement, and financial analysis from various roles at organizations including Summit Orthopedics and UnitedHealth Group. Jay received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Psychology from Marquette University in 1997.
