Kelly Millman is a seasoned professional in customer success and environmental management with extensive experience across multiple industries. Currently serving as Sr. Manager of Customer Success at Embrace Software Inc. since October 2025, Kelly previously held similar leadership roles at Routeware, Inc. and ReCollect, a Routeware Company. Kelly's career began in environmental sales and planning, with positions at Wasteco and Hoskin Scientific Limited, as well as internships focused on waste management and environmental assessments. Kelly holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology from Dalhousie University and a Post Graduate Certificate in Environmental Management and Assessment from Niagara College.
