Carlene Fely Aran is a seasoned professional in the field of quantity surveying and cost estimation, currently serving as a Quantity Surveyor at EMAPTA since June 2022. Prior to this role, Carlene held positions including Senior Cost Estimator at Velo Hand Dryers and Cost Estimator at multiple firms, including Booth & Partners and Intermain Pty Ltd. Carlene's earlier experience includes serving as a Project Control Engineer at Crimson Group, Inc. and as a Quantity Surveyor at PMQS Construction Solutions Inc. Carlene earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from New Era University, complemented by a high school diploma from Marikina Science High School.
