Katerina Papataxiarchou has a strong background in clinical research and medical affairs. Katerina began their career in 1991 at Pharmacia Upjohn IT, where they served as a Senior Clinical Research Associate and Pharmacovigilance Manager until 1997. Katerina then moved on to Parke-Davis, where they worked as a Medical Affairs Manager until 1999. From 1999 to 2005, Katerina worked at AstraZeneca as a Clinical Research Manager. Katerina then joined CORONIS Research SA in 2005 as the Clinical Research & Medical Affairs Director. Since 2006, Katerina has been working at Elpen Pharmaceutical Co. Inc., where they hold the position of Head of Clinical Operations - Deputy EU QP Pharmacovigilance.

Katerina Papataxiarchou attended Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (AUTH) where they pursued a degree in Pharmacy. Additionally, they also attended Arsakeia - Tositseia Schools, but the field of study or degree obtained from this institution is not specified.
