Pravez Alam has extensive experience in engineering and customer support, having served in various roles since 2010. Pravez began a career at Sigmatech Industrial Electronics as a Testing and Maintenance professional, focusing on PLCs, AC/DC drives, and SMPS cards from August 2010 to February 2011. Subsequently, Pravez held positions at Superior Products Industries as a Testing Engineer from March 2011 to July 2018, gaining expertise in hardware testing, calibration of meters, and energy management software. After transitioning to Elmeasure, Pravez progressed from Senior Engineer - Customer Support from August 2018 to June 2023 to Assistant Manager Customer Support and Team Lead-Customer Support in May 2024.
