Chris Angora has over a decade of experience in the field of technology and customer service, currently serving as a People Supervisor at Ellucian since July 2011, overseeing team leads and technicians to enhance customer satisfaction and technician skill development. Previously, Chris held positions as a Senior Help Desk Specialist and Help Desk Specialist, focusing on customer support for password resets and technical issues involving Microsoft Office, network troubleshooting, and active directory controls.
