Edgard Tatlonghari, PMP® PCQI, is a Senior QA/QC Manager at EllisDon, currently working in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA). With thirty-one years of experience in diverse construction roles, Edgard has specialized in quality assurance, auditing, and management across various sectors including Metro Rail, Tunnels, and High Rise Residential Buildings. Prior to joining EllisDon in 2024, Edgard held positions as a QA/QC Engineer at WSP in the Middle East from 2020 to 2024, a QC Deputy Manager at AKTOR SA from 2014 to 2015, and a Quality Assurance Engineer at Egis from 2015 to 2020. Edgard earned a degree from Holy Trinity University between 1986 and 1992.
