Oleh Maksymiv began their work experience in 2011 as a Supervisor and waiter at the Holding of emotions !FEST. Oleh worked in this role until August 2018. From August 2018 to April 2020, they worked as a Personal Fitness Trainer at Sports center Delfin. In April 2020, Oleh started working as a Manual QA Engineer at UPQODE until October 2020. In October 2020, they joined ElifTech as a Junior QA Engineer and later transitioned to the role of Middle QA Engineer in July 2021.

In 2010-2014, they attended the Lviv college of trade and services where they obtained a Specialist degree in Construction Trades.
In 2017, they enrolled in the SkillUP IT Academy and completed the Certificated manual QA Engineer program.
In 2019, they received training at the QA TestLab training center in the Fundamentals of Software Testing.
Additionally, in May 2021, Oleh obtained the Certified Tester Foundation Level (CTFL) certification from the ISTQB® - International Software Testing Qualifications Board.
