Yair Farzan is a seasoned professional in quality control, merchandising, and sourcing in Asia. They owned Ben's Boutique from 2008 to 2011, where they managed a ladies and children's wear store and exported fashion to Canada. Prior to that, from 2002 to 2008, Yair served as the Production and Quality Control Manager at Karma Athletics Ltd., where they sourced factories for high-end yoga and fitness wear. Currently, as the Production and Quality Control Manager at Elie Tahari since 2011, Yair has successfully transformed under-performing factories into top performers while implementing rigorous quality control processes that have saved millions. Yair holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Textile and Apparel Production Management from the Fashion Institute of Technology, completed in 1992.
