TC Garrod is a Corporate Environmental Consultant with extensive experience in environmental engineering and health, safety, and environmental (HSE) compliance. They designed and implemented groundwater remediation systems at Groundwater Technology and established a new business sector for regulatory consulting at Whitman. Garrod has held leadership roles at Eli Lilly and Company, providing expertise in water-related environmental programs and risk management, and managing environmental systems at Johnson & Johnson. They are currently pursuing a Master of Science in Project Management at The George Washington University while holding a Bachelor of Science in Environmental/Civil Engineering from the University of Maryland.
