Tara Tibbs is a seasoned leader in the biopharmaceutical industry, currently serving as Senior Vice President and General Manager at Eli Lilly Kinsale, where they guide a world-class team. Previously, Tara held various roles at Eli Lilly and Company, including Vice President of Biopharmaceutical Operations and Site Head in Branchburg, and Director of Health Safety and Environmental. They began their career at Eli Lilly in recruitment before advancing through multiple engineering and operations management positions. Tara earned a Bachelor of Science in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering from Cornell University in 1999.
