Soham Shah is currently the Sr. Advisor Large-Molecule Lead at Eli Lilly and Company, where they have been since 2022. Prior to this role, Soham held various engineering and consulting positions at Eli Lilly, Genentech, and Biocon, focusing on purification processes and technology transfer. Soham began their career with research roles at NJIT and Vellore Institute of Technology, and they hold a Master of Science in Biotechnology from Georgetown University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Biotech Engineering from Vellore Institute of Technology. In their earlier positions, Soham contributed to projects related to process optimization and facility commissioning in the biopharmaceutical industry.
