Nicholas Kunz is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in intellectual property law, particularly in the fields of neuroscience, agriculture, and biotechnology. Currently serving as Senior Director - Patent Counsel at Eli Lilly and Company since January 2024, Nicholas has previously held the position of Senior IP Counsel at Corteva Agriscience from February 2018 to December 2023, where responsibilities included advising on patentability, portfolio strategy, licensing agreements, and more. Prior roles include Associate Patent Attorney at Faegre Baker Daniels LLP, where focus was on patent prosecution and counseling, and Associate Attorney at Snell & Wilmer, managing intellectual property and commercial litigation matters.
