Mitchell Hoge is a Senior Principal Design Engineer at Eli Lilly and Company, specializing in mechanical design for drug delivery and medical devices. Mitchell previously served as a Strategy & Innovation Intern at Medxcel and has held several engineering roles at Eli Lilly, progressing from an intern to a senior principal engineer.
