Lucia Seminario-Vidal, MD, PhD, FAAD, is a board-certified dermatologist currently serving as the Executive Director of US and Global Medical Affairs in Dermatology and Allergy at Eli Lilly. With a distinguished 20-year career in both academic and clinical settings, Lucia has dedicated 13 years to advancing clinical trials, starting their academic journey with a PhD in cell and molecular physiology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Lucia has held prominent roles including Associate Professor and Director of Clinical Research at the University of South Florida, where they were principal investigator in over 70 clinical trials. Recognized as a thought leader, Lucia has authored more than 100 peer-reviewed publications and has been honored with multiple awards, including the Lilly Research Award Program in 2022 and the Lilly President’s Award in 2023.
