Laura O'Callaghan is a Chartered Organisational Psychologist and currently serves as the Senior Manager of People & Org Development at Eli Lilly and Company. They have extensive experience as an Organisational Psychology Consultant, having designed and implemented psychometric and behavioral solutions for various industries, including technology, banking, and retail through their role at cut-e. Laura holds both a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Master’s Degree in Work and Organisational Psychology from the University of Limerick, where they also contributed as a Research Assistant.
