Lara Spina is currently the National Sales Manager Oncology at Eli Lilly and Company. Previously, they served as a Medical Scientific Liaison Manager for Dermatology and Immunology at Novartis from 2016 to 2018. Lara has also held positions as a Senior Advisor in Medical Affairs for Immunology and a Scientific Advisor in Dermatology and Immunology. Their earlier experience includes being a Quality Manager at the Clinical Trials Center at University Hospital Zurich and completing an internship at MSD Merck Sharp & Dome AG.
