Karla Payne is a Sr. Principal Scientist in Quality with a wealth of experience in the biopharmaceutical industry. They previously served as a Lead Biologist at Dow AgroSciences, providing product chemistry and registration support, and as a Senior Research Associate at Covance, specializing in immunochemistry and biotechnology services. Their earlier roles at Eli Lilly and Company included Quality Assurance Representative and several consultant positions in bioproduct research, molecular pathology, and clinical diagnostics. Currently, Karla is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Clinical Laboratory Science, a Bachelor's degree in Biology, and a Master's degree in Immunology at Purdue University and Indiana University Bloomington.
