Hilde Carlier is a global leader in product development, specializing in immunology and medical affairs. They have held various leadership roles at Eli Lilly and Company, where they led initiatives in clinical development for rheumatology and gastroenterology, as well as managing teams of up to 80 people. Previously, at Boehringer-Ingelheim, Hilde served as the European and later Global Medical Lead for the product development of nevirapine, a groundbreaking HIV treatment. Hilde holds a Doctor in Medicine with a focus on general surgery from the Catholic University Leuven and an MBA from Catholic University Louvain La Neuve. Recognized for their strategic insight and communication skills, Hilde is dedicated to developing high-performing teams across multiple therapeutic areas.
