Henri Hebting is currently the Manager of MS&T Global Cartridge Technical Support at Eli Lilly, where they manage a global team of engineers and pharmacists to ensure the consistency of insulin cartridge production across multiple sites. With extensive experience at Eli Lilly since 1992, Henri has held various leadership positions, including Executive Director of Technical Services and Manager of Parenteral Packaging. Henri has developed deep expertise in the manufacturing of device/drug combination products and parenteral packaging, complemented by a Master's degree in Business Administration and a DUT in Asset Care, Process Automation. Additionally, Henri has a background in process automation from roles at Heineken and Brickmann Industrial Services.
