Hector Flores has extensive experience in various roles across multiple organizations, beginning as Recruitment Manager at Naval Avionics Center from 1984 to 1995. Following this, Hector served as HR Manager and Training Associate Marketing at Carrier Corporation from 1996 to 2000. Hector then became President of H.A. Flores & Associates, Inc. and transitioned to a training development collaborator at Eli Lilly and Company in 2001, a position held to the present. In addition to corporate roles, Hector has been an instructor in the School of Business at Ball State University since 2008. Educational achievements include a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Sociology, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Business and Sociology from New Mexico Highlands University, and a Master's degree in Management from Indiana Wesleyan University.
