Francesco Lapi is a QA Senior Lead Technician on the floor at Eli Lilly, where they oversee a shift team and handle training for new colleagues. After starting their career as a Production Operator at Anallergo Srl and gaining experience through a trainee position at CNRS, Francesco joined Eli Lilly in 2022.
