Eric Pearlman is currently the Associate Vice President of Global and US Medical Affairs for Pain and Migraine at Eli Lilly and Company, a position held since 2022. They previously served as a Senior Medical Director in Neuroscience at Eli Lilly for part of 2019 and contributed as a Medical Fellow, overseeing the US efforts for galcanezumab, a CGRP neutralizing antibody. Before their tenure at Eli Lilly, Eric was the Medical Director and Physician-In-Chief at Children's Hospital at Memorial Health University Medical Center from 2009 to 2016, focusing on clinical quality and education. Eric earned a Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree from the University of Rochester, attending from 1986 to 1993.
