Dane Dorundo is a biotechnology leader currently serving as the Director of Technical Services and Manufacturing Science at Eli Lilly and Company. With 14 years of upstream and downstream cGMP manufacturing experience, Dane specializes in drug substance commercialization, technology transfer, and process optimization. Previously, Dane held the position of Principal Engineer at Eli Lilly, managing technical teams and guiding regulatory submissions. Dane also gained early experience at Amgen and ImClone Systems, contributing significantly to various engineering roles. Holding a Master’s degree in Biological Chemical Engineering from Lehigh University and a Bachelor’s in Chemical Engineering from Penn State University, Dane is committed to operational excellence and employee development.
