Carl Garner is the Senior Vice President of Global Regulatory Affairs at Eli Lilly and Company, a position they have held since 2022. Previously, Carl served as a Board of Trustee member for the Franklin Township Community School Corporation from 2011 to 2016. Carl has also held various roles at Eli Lilly, including Senior Director of Project Management and Senior Director of Global Regulatory Affairs. Carl earned a Ph.D. and a Master's degree in Chemistry and Pharmacology, as well as a B.S. in Chemistry, all from Vanderbilt University and Auburn University.
