Ashley Riley, CPA, CFE, CIA, is the Executive Director of Accounting Operations and Reporting at Eli Lilly and Company. Previously, they served as Lead Auditor and Director of Corporate Audit Services at Eli Lilly, developing audits to identify control risks and supervising audit teams. Before that, Ashley worked as Manager of Internal Audit at Republic Airways Holdings, Inc., where they completed SOX compliance programs and conducted operational audits. They earned an MBA in Accounting from Eastern Illinois University and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting with a focus on Forensic Accounting from Indiana State University.
