Aideen O'Malley, PhD MBA, is currently the Senior Director of Global Facilities Delivery at Eli Lilly and Company. They have held various roles within Eli Lilly since 2019, including Associate Director of Project Management and Associate Director of Plant & Project Engineering. Prior to joining Eli Lilly, Aideen worked as a Project Manager at Jacobs from 2008 to 2019. Aideen earned a Doctor of Philosophy in Chemistry from the University of Limerick, where they also obtained a 1st Class honors degree in Industrial Chemistry. Aideen is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration and a Diploma in Process Engineering.
