Hakan Tasdemir currently serves as Project Development Director at ALFA Development, focusing on urban and housing development with an emphasis on diversity. Previously, Hakan held the same title at FB Gruppen A/S, managing complex commercial project development exceeding DKK 1 billion. Hakan's experience includes senior roles in project development and management at DEAS Asset Management A/S and Bo-Vita, overseeing projects in both the private and public sectors, with budgets ranging from DKK 100 million to several billion. Hakan also has a background in client advisory services at DEAS A/S and Kullegaard A/S, specializing in the development of shopping centers. Hakan began the career as a Constructing Architect and has acquired multiple relevant certifications and training related to construction economics and building law. Hakan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Technology and Construction Management from Copenhagen Technical Academy.
