Dan Pino is a Technical Director specializing in RF Innovation and Technology, currently serving as the Director of RF Engineering and Regulatory Compliance at Element Materials Technology since 2020. With over a decade of experience, Dan has a strong background in 5G NR, LTE, WiFi, and regulatory compliance, having led teams in the development and execution of test plans for cutting-edge technology. Prior to joining Element, Dan held various positions at PCTEST Engineering Laboratory, including EMC Department Manager and Project Manager. Dan earned a Master of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from The Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor of Science in the same field from the University of Maryland College Park.
