David Steinhauer is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law. Currently serving as Senior Vice President, Assistant General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary at Element Fleet Management since January 2019, David has progressed through various roles within the company, including Vice President and Director. Prior experience includes working as an Associate at Fasken Martineau DuMoulin from September 2014 to December 2018, and starting as an Articling Student, followed by a Summer Student at the same firm. David's educational background features an M.B.A. in Management from the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto and a J.D. from the University of Toronto, complemented by an HBA in Finance, Accounting, and Marketing from Ivey Business School at Western University.
