Adam Rider is an accomplished leader in operational excellence and business transformation, currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Business Excellence at EFI since 2025. They previously held the role of Vice President of Operational Excellence at Orora Packaging Solutions from 2023 to 2025 and were the Director of Business Transformation for North America Markets at Philips from 2019 to 2023. With a rich background in engineering and operations, Adam has also contributed to major companies such as Beckman Coulter and Applied Medical, where they held multiple leadership positions. Adam holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Manchester and is pursuing a degree in Biomedical Engineering at the University of Southern California.
