Kristy Flanders is an intuitive and analytical change manager currently focused on driving continuous improvement at Electronic Arts (EA) to enhance the player experience. Previously, they served as a Global Account Support professional at Dell from 2002 to 2014, where they excelled in project management, customer relations, and online order automation. Kristy held a Senior Project/Program Manager position at EA in 2022, where they developed best practices for ITIL-based change management and collaborated on executive-level reporting. They also completed their education at Strayer University between 2012 and 2013.
