Jaideep Misra is an experienced Data Engineer currently employed at Electronic Arts (EA) since April 2021. Prior to this role, Jaideep worked as a Junior Big Data Analyst at Simon Fraser University from September 2019 to March 2021, where an object detection model for the FishingBC mobile application was developed, achieving notable accuracy metrics. Jaideep's experience also includes a Data Engineer position at Avcorp Industries, where an ETL pipeline was created using PySpark, along with collaboration on data sampling and visualization with chemical engineers. Earlier career experience includes serving as an Application Development Analyst at Accenture in India, focusing on migrating pension insurance processing applications to Java while adhering to agile methodologies.
