Helen Higgs is a results-driven HR professional and currently serves as the Board Chair at the National College for Nuclear. With a cross-discipline background in development strategy and communications, they have worked extensively in business and consumer sectors, helping to build infrastructures and reputations from start-ups to established corporations. Helen has held significant roles, including Head of Organisation Capability at EDF and VP HR at AREVA UK Ltd, focusing on workforce planning and business development in the nuclear and energy sectors. They hold a Bachelor's degree in History from the University of Birmingham and are a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
