Ricky Way is a seasoned manager currently leading the Project Management Office at the Electric Power Research Institute (EPRI). Previously, they served as a Principal Technical Leader at EPRI from 2012 to 2018 and held various roles at Xcel Energy from 2005 to 2008, including Preventive Maintenance Program Owner. Earlier in their career, Ricky operated reactors aboard CVN 72 from 1995 to 2000 and worked as a Lean Manufacturing Engineer at Crenlo, Inc. They earned a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities, and are currently furthering their education as a Reactor Operator at the Naval Nuclear Power Training Command.
