Hala Ballouz is the Founder, Board Chair, and Chief Vision Officer of Electric Power Engineers, LLC, which Hala established to become a leading power systems advisory firm with over 400 employees, including more than 300 engineers. They also founded ENER-I.AI to advance innovation in electric utility grid digitization. Hala served as the first female president of TREIA and played a key role in founding the GridNEXT conference platform. With a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Texas A&M University, they are a registered Professional Engineer and have received numerous awards, including the Woman in Power Award in 2020. Hala focuses on energy transformation and sustainability, representing EPE at strategic forums and fostering industry partnerships.
