Shirly Miller is an experienced human resources professional with a robust background in HR management and business partnering across various technology companies. Currently serving in Human Resources Relocation at Elbit Systems Ltd since November 2022, Shirly previously held the role of HR Manager at OMC GROUP and served as a Human Resources Business Partner at ADVA following its merger with MRV Communications.
