Osnat Snir is an experienced HR professional currently serving as an HR Business Partner at Elbit Systems Ltd since 2017. Prior to this role, Osnat worked as an Occupational Psychologist in the Israeli Air Force and at Pilat Group, bringing expertise in organizational psychology.
