Amir Harel is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and business development, particularly within the Electronic Warfare (EW) and Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at Elbit Systems Ltd since January 2011, Amir oversees strategic project management and leads teams in managing subcontractors, budgets, resources, and customer relations. Previously, Amir was the R&D Department Manager for the Spectrum Control division, managing a team of over 20 engineers and engaging with military and governmental clients on advanced projects such as Cellular Monitoring Systems and SIGINT Anti Drone systems. With prior roles at Elisra and Tadiran Electronic Systems focusing on system engineering and customer support, as well as experience in the Israeli Air Force leading airborne EW systems, Amir holds an MSc in Project Management from the Holon Institute of Technology and a BS in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Tel Aviv University.
