Alexandra Olanovsky is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in managing various aspects of the employee lifecycle. Currently serving as HR Manager at Elbit Systems Ltd since October 2015, Alexandra supports 260 employees, overseeing employee management systems, compliance with labor laws, and policies related to training and welfare. Previously, Alexandra held the role of HR Business Partner at the same company, and prior to that, worked as a Recruiter at Manpower Israel from August 2012 to October 2015, where responsibilities included candidate evaluation and interview processes. Alexandra holds a B.A. in Human Services from Max Stern Yezreel Valley College, where studies were completed between 2009 and 2012.
