Steve Koop is an experienced professional in project management and construction, currently serving as Vice President of Preconstruction at E&L Construction Group, Inc. since November 2023. Previously, Steve held various leadership roles, including Senior Project Manager at Clark Construction Company from June 2019 to October 2023, and Project Executive at Buildtech Ltd. from September 2014 to May 2016. With a background that includes positions such as Director of Project Management at Workstage, LLC, and Project Architect at Design Plus Inc., Steve brings a wealth of expertise in managing design, procurement, and construction activities across numerous development projects. Steve earned a BS in Architecture and a Master's degree in Architecture and Urban Planning from the University of Michigan, completing studies between 1989 and 1993.
