Previously, Eleonora held various leadership roles, including Vice Chair of the Advisory Board for EIT Manufacturing and Head of Project Management Office at LOVOL ARBOS GROUP S.P.A. They are passionate about fostering collaboration in diverse teams and have a deep commitment to integrating sustainability in business practices to create long-lasting value. Eleonora holds multiple degrees, including a Master's in Mechanical Engineering and a Business Sustainability program from INSEAD.
