Paul Oliveros is currently the Global Director of Resource Management at EisnerAmper, where they lead a team responsible for client work distribution and global forecasting in the Tax practice. With over 15 years of experience in human capital management, Paul has specialized in strategic Talent Acquisition initiatives including resource management and process improvement. Prior to EisnerAmper, Paul held various roles at organizations such as Deloitte and SAIC, where they developed and executed enterprise-wide talent acquisition programs. Paul earned a B.S. in Integrated Science and Technology from James Madison University and an M.S. in Information Management/Project Management from Marymount University.
