Vladislav Sorokin has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Vladislav started their career in 1993 as a System Administrator and Software Developer at KASSOR, Ltd, where they worked on a medical software system for the resuscitation department. From 1994 to 1996, they served as a Project Manager at the Republican AIDS center, leading the development of a medical software system for hemodialysis clinics.

In 1996, Sorokin joined IntellectSoft, Ltd as a Senior Software Developer, where they worked on various projects, including the conversion of the Bruel&Kjaer CMS - Advisor code from UNIX-based to Windows-based dialect of Prolog. Vladislav also contributed to the development of the CMC - Contract Management and Control document management system.

Sorokin continued to advance their career at IntellectSoft, Ltd, taking on the role of Team Leader in 2001. Vladislav led the AdSolution Frontend project and was responsible for requirements analysis, module development, and code reviewing. Vladislav also served as a Senior Software Developer, working on the development of the CMG - Contract Management and Control system.

In 2004, Sorokin joined Falk as a Team Leader, where they worked until 2006. Vladislav then moved to DoubleClick and worked as a Team Leader until 2007.

From 2007 to 2013, Sorokin held the position of Project Manager at Exigen and Exigen Services StarSoft, where they managed various projects, including the implementation of the SOL Klipps web-site.

In 2013, Sorokin joined NetCracker as a Project Manager, and they are currently still in that role. Throughout their career, Sorokin has gained expertise in project management, team leadership, software development, and system implementation.

Vladislav Sorokin began their education in 1985, attending the Sankt-Peterburgskij Gosudarstvennyj Universitet. Vladislav studied there until 1993, although the specific field of study is unknown. In the same year, they also enrolled at Saint Petersburg State University where they pursued a degree in Physics. This education journey continued until 1994.
