Aditya Balusu is a seasoned engineering leader with extensive experience in user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design. Currently serving as a Senior Engineering Manager at Eightfold since April 2022, Aditya previously held the position of Engineering Manager at NVIDIA from June 2020 to April 2022, focusing on NetQ's UX and UI. Prior to NVIDIA, Aditya was an Engineering Manager at Cumulus Networks, which was subsequently acquired by NVIDIA, and responsible for the UX and UI of Cumulus NetQ. Aditya's career also includes significant roles at Akamai Technologies as a Technical Lead and Founding Member for NetQ, and earlier as an Engineering Lead and Senior Software Engineer. Aditya began the journey at Soha Systems, where contributions as a Software Engineer and Founding Member included leading JavaScript implementations and creating effective user experiences. Aditya began the professional journey in software engineering at eGain Communications, delivering tailored solutions in a multi-channel CRM environment. Aditya holds a dual degree (Bachelor's and Master's) from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras.
