Julien Leroy is an accomplished finance and management professional with extensive experience at Eiffage Construction from 2016 to the present, currently serving as Secretary General. In this role, Julien oversees finance, legal, accounting, budgeting, and treasury operations while managing strategic initiatives including mergers and acquisitions, complex real estate structuring, and developing investment policies across multiple countries including France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Switzerland, Poland, and Portugal. Julien has a strong background in internal controls and compliance with anti-corruption laws, as well as directing information systems with a focus on AI and automation.
