Mohamed Ghaffar is a Safety, Health, Environment & Quality Director with a mission to transform organizational safety culture. With 22 years of experience across diverse sectors, particularly oil and gas, they have held various leadership roles, including positions at Egyptian Drilling Company and Air Liquide. Currently, Ghaffar serves as the Safety, Health and Environment Director at Egypt Kuwait Holding and Valmore Holding, while previously leading HSE & IMS initiatives at Air Liquide. They hold a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Helwan University Cairo and emphasize core values of integrity, respect, and accountability in their work.
